The Top Paddock

Welcome to the top paddock! This is glamping with a side of real camping in the Tasmanian bush. Goats and sheep will stroll around and you have over 20 acres all to yourself to explore. We're located up a gravel road on the north west coast, you won't find any other tourists here. Soak in the wood fired tub, under the blackwood tree. Cosy up to the wood fire, roasting marshmallows in your star Gazer yurt. A comfy queen bed and a backyard of adventure, its a Tasmanian version of luxury camping.

With a fully equipped kitchen, walk in shower and a bath to relax in, washing machine and dryer, bbq for outside dining, cozy wood heater to warm you up on those cold days, and the most comfiest beds. The yard is fully fenced and can be locked up. Porta cot and bedding is also available.

Located on the South Arthur River Touring Route just 10 mins from the Arthur River and 5 mins from the start of the Tarkine forest. A private cottage with abundant grounds and resident wildlife this is Tarkinegrove . Bird enthusiasts, photographers and artists will love Tarkinegrove. See the Platypus at dusk during season. Dozens of birds, Spotted Tail Quoll, Pademelons, & Eastern Barred Bandicoot do visit, again depending on the depending on the season.
