Private en-suite Bathroom with Shower. We are 2 minute walk from Local Pub, Coop, Costa, Greggs and Tea Room. Tea/coffee Facilities provided Parking space on our driveway

Loft studio in a rural position close to Southampton, Winchester, Hedge End and the Utilita Bowl. Quiet location down private drive with parking & stunning views overlooking fields. Accommodation with en-suite shower facility & kitchen area with combination microwave oven, small induction hob & a fridge. Ample storage with additional cupboard space in eaves. Dining table with two chairs that doubles up as work area. Conveniently located USB sockets. Outdoor table & chairs for al-fresco dining.

Cow Shed - Barn

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

Motorway access to South coast cities such as Bournemouth, Portsmouth and shopping in West Quay Southampton ,Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth. Also 20 mins away from Southampton docks for cruise ships

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.
