Spend your days at the beach, biking around the Mount, playing golf or tennis at the neighborhood clubs, or shopping in Mount Maunganui village before heading back to the house for an afternoon swim followed by drinks on the expansive deck and a bbq - complete with salad greens straight from your garden!

Located just a few steps away from Tauranga's harbour and with a boat ramp 10 metres from the front gate you can easily enjoy boating, jet skiing, kayaking and swimming with friends or family. Or put your feet up and relax on the all weather enclosed deck and watch the world go by. In the cooler months you can enjoy local walks and cafes then snuggle up by the cozy log burner.
