A brand new apartment with all new appliances that features underfloor heating, blackout blinds and 2 bathrooms (one is ensuite) that is centrally located in historical Chichester and a 5 minute walk from the rail station. Step out into Chichesters South Street with its bustling shops and restaurants and a short stroll to the magnificent Cathedral and roman walls. Perfect location if visiting the University, theatre or for one of the Goodwood events.

Our place is in the leafy north of Chichester, with a dedicated parking space and easy access to both the town centre and Goodwood. The development is a converted Victorian hospital with light and airy rooms, and surrounded by green open spaces. There's also great brunch at the Pavillion in Havenstoke Park. You've got your own private parking space (about 100m from the flat) and WIFI/Smart TV to help you relax.

The Garden Lodge.

The lodge, which is in our garden, is in the beautiful village of Oving. Visit the beautiful West Wittering Beach (20 minutes drive) Chichester and Goodwood (10 minutes). It sleeps 4 (1 double and one single in the bedroom and a small double sofa bed in the living/kitchen space) but best suits 3-4. Groceries can be bought from Sainsbury's, 10 minutes by car.
