We would love to share our cozy (850 sq ft) getaway cabin. Located on rolling hills five minutes from Pease Creek Recreation Park and the Missouri River. Relax on the patio or take in outdoor activities boating, hiking, fishing, or hunting. Plenty of parking area and boat plug in available. Local accommodations at Geddes (7 miles) or Lake Andes (11 miles). It is semi-off grid, cell service ok, but not always great. There is no wifi available. TV can be run off Roku if you have a mobile hotspot.

LODGE just outside of Platte, SD

This lodge has been a pheasant hunting lodge during the months of October-December. We, the new owners, have decided to open it up the other 9 months out of the year for others to enjoy it. It includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a short upstairs loft, full kitchen, pool table, large bar area, an outdoor fire pit, small yard and TONS OF PARKING! Can sleep up to 20 people! Only 1 mile from Platte and 14 miles from the Missouri River/Lake Francis Case. Enjoy completely paved/oiled roads- NO GRAVEL!

Peaceful, spacious home less than 1 mile from Twin Lakes near Woonsocket. Great for hunters, family gatherings, & more! Less than 40 min drive to Mitchell or Huron. Three bedrooms, one with a full bottom bunk bed with a pull out trundle bed. Three cozy living areas, with one of them featuring a futon and a pull-out couch for extra sleeping space! The dining table has leaves for extension, with additional chairs on site. Two stall garage attached to the house. 30amp camper hookup available.

Unwind and relax at this centrally-located home. Located on Platte’s beautiful Main Street only a few blocks from downtown shopping, grocery store, and gas stations. It is a 15 minute drive to the Missouri River: fishing, beaches, canoeing, swimming. This home has a single stall garage and plenty of driveway space for boats. The backyard has a concrete patio with table and chairs for relaxing after a long day at the river or on the road while you enjoy the view of Platte’s South Park pond.

With not another home in sight, unwind at this unique and tranquil get away surrounded by thousands of acres of native prairie and all the modern amenities and communication assets you have at home. With a history going back to the original Native Americans, followed by the settling of our Swedish immigrants, preserving much of the native prairie, this home, sitting under expansive cloud filled skies and vast dark starlight nights, is literally as quiet and peaceful as one can imagine.

Picturesque Sunsets at our 7-bedroom Country Home

Experience some of the wold's best sunsets on our farm, just a few miles off of I-90. Hop on the interstate with quick access to the Corn Palace in Mitchell or Al's Oasis in Chamberlain. We're only 4 hours from Mount Rushmore, so it's a perfect stopping point to relax for a day (or several) before your final push to this beauty. The Carriage House is a private, separate dwelling located on the property of Molly's Manor B&B. Unique and comfortable, 525 sq. ft. No step entry. Main floor includes a bedroom with one Queen-size bed, a cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen with appliances and cookware, and bathroom with a large shower; W/D. Two full-size beds in the upstairs loft, including a futon. Non-smoking, pet-free. Minisplit for AC/heat, Smart TV and WiFi. Plenty of parking for vehicles/boat.

There is plenty of space at this location to get ready for the hunt, shoot clay pigeons on-site or let the dogs get some exercise.
