Kathy's Kottage (near Legends)hot tub-fire pit

First of - Kathy’s Kottage offers a uniquely private, warm and inviting detached cottage. We are not a huge commercial venture, but owned, operated, maintained, and cleaned by hosts who live within 150 yards. The Kottage is our only offering. We charge a cleaning fee of $35 a stay, so there isn't a list of chores at check out. We take up to 4 hours between every stay to extensively clean and disinfect every surface. We are proud of the Kottage as shown in every review over the last four years.

Fantastic one bedroom apartment with full bath and kitchen located Downtown Ottawa Kansas on the Prairie Spirit Trail. There is only one bed in the apartment but plenty of space for sleeping bags. Just let us know how many are coming. We are in the process of redecorating this little mid century gem into a 50’s western theme. Please bear with us for the mix mash of styles while we finish up. Lots of Antique Shopping within walking distance. Walk to dinner and enjoy this victorian city.

Enjoy Southern OP in this quiet neighborhood. Our studio guesthouse has a full kitchen, TV, a new a/c/heater, and google fiber internet. In case you get lonely, we have 2 friendly dogs always looking for attention. We are about 45 minutes away from the Kansas City airport, Kauffman Stadium, Arrowhead Stadium, the KU main campus, and the Harry S Truman sports complex.
