You have to walk up a spiral staircase to get to the balcony entrance. This is a large property and there are multiple guest units. It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island.
