We live upstairs with our animals and little one, but you will have the basement all to yourselves with a private entrance through the back. Feel free to use the patio and porch swing. You will have a basement apartment/private entrance. Kitchen is not generally included but we are not inflexible. Microwave and coffee station along with kitchenware included.

We were told the outbuilding started out as a chicken coop and, over time, it morphed into a people coop. If you’re looking for perfection you will not find it here. What you will find is a comfy little place with a feeling of being in the woods.
