Designer studio apartment within a newly renovated historic landmark building (“Palais”), originally built in 1864. Set on a famous boulevard in Leopoldstadt’s 2nd district, you’re steps from hip restaurants, Augarten Park, Donaukanal nightlife and the city center—including St. Stephen’s Cathedral—all within walking distance. The U1 subway stops right in front of the building. A beloved modern coffee shop downstairs serves excellent pastries and sandwiches, popular with locals and expats alike.

High ceiling and art stay

This lovely apartment (64m2) is warm and bright with a stylish vintage design, high ceiling and big artworks by photo artist Peter Burgstaller. My place is great for couples, families and business travellers, it offers plenty of space, a kingsize bed, a brand new kitchen. The flat is located in the 2nd district, which is very well-connected to the first district. At the moment the staircase is currently being renovated. I want to apologize for this inconvenience.The apartment is not effected.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Haus Fugbachgasse 5, sie hat einen seperaten Eingang, der sich um die Ecke auf der Mühlfeldgasse befindet. Zugang per Zahlenschloss, Code wird vor der Ankunft bekannt gegeben. Kein anderer hat Zugang zu dieser Wohnung, sie gehört also dir/euch ganz alleine. This apartment is a spoil, as it is my private apartment and I only rent it out when I go overseas for a longer period. So you will feel at home. Der Augarten ist nur 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ein Highlight im Sommer um die Sonnenstrahlen zu genießen. Mit dem Auto dauert der Weg zum Flughafen 20 Minuten. Es ist ein sehr helles Appartement mit großen Fenstern und hohen Räumen. Perfekt um Wien zu erkunden. Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock.

The apartment is located in the heart of the city between Prater and St. Stephan's Cathedral. It is very easily reachable by public transport. The center of Vienna with its top tourist spots is within walking distance of the property (10 min). Due to its central location, it is suitable both for city dwellers and for business guests. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of good restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby.

Praterloft 35 (WU Campus, Messe)

We used high-quality materials throughout the Praterloft flats (we are architects after all!) We are sure you will be delighted by the solid hardwood floors, wood windows and a matching color scheme. There are 14ft vaulted ceilings throughout and plenty of natural light from the south-facing windows. The flats are furnished with a mix of antiques and modern classics and even custom made pieces.
