Includes a private deck and patio, BBQ, parking, Queen bed, kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster, and coffee bar. The suite does not have a separate bedroom. It is attached to the main house. Guests must be 25yrs or older to book AND to stay on the premises. ID verification for guests may be requested by host to confirm age.
