Quiet A-frame in Prescott forest

Snug in the pines above downtown, this quiet cabin is designed to help you unplug and unwind. Watch the deer take their morning walk through the property on their self made paths. Close your eyes and drift off to the sounds of birds and the wood all around you. Inside you'll find a lovely marriage of modern and vintage, newly updated space that is open, bright, and very clean! Please note that there are steep slopes around the home and the loft railings are spaced too far apart to be baby safe.

The Little Bunkhouse

Welcome to the LITTLE BUNKHOUSE. There is a field with pathways, a bridge to cross and camp site for morning coffee or evening glass of wine. It is Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. There is a challenging putting green. The bunkhouse has 1 queen bed with a small kitchen and bath. This is the place for a peacful getaway for relaxation and only 8 miles to the heart of Prescott. Plenty of hiking right accross the the main road and several small lakes for kayaking or picnicking just minutes away.

Granite Mountain Views-Prescott

Granite Mountain views is a spacious studio that is a walk out below our home, fully furnished. Only access is from the outside. We do live above the studio. There is a kitchenette, large bathroom, Queen bed, full sofa sleeper, and no carpeting. There is parking on site and a private deck to enjoy. It is 5.4 miles to historic downtown Prescott, 4.5 miles to the “Worlds Oldest Rodeo”, 1.4 miles to Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and 11 miles to PV Event Center. Come enjoy Prescott!

Private guesthouse on horse ranch in Chino Valley

Rustic & cute private guesthouse on a 5 acre horse ranch! Located very close to all the popular northern AZ places to visit! This is the country - if animal sounds or the occasional bug or fly bothers you, this is not for you ;). There is no WiFi out there - BUT there’s a Roku TV - it REQUIRES a hot spot. Mobile phone hotspots work well. No dogs allowed without advance approval. If you desire a week-long or more stay, send me a message & I’ll see if I can accommodate you at a discount.

NAN’S INN is a hidden gem located in the heart of Prescott. It is near the Courthouse plaza with shopping, good food, musical events & art shows on the square and famous whiskey row. Close by are the beautiful Granite Dells, Granite Mountain & Thumb Butte with their hiking trails, museums, Watson, Lynx and Willow lakes and the colleges (Prescott, Yavapai & Embry Riddle). There are many things to explore in Prescott and Nan’s Inn is a perfect spot to relax & unwind at the end of a busy day!

The Painted Lady

This 950 square foot bungalow - newly renovated - is set into our beautiful, peaceful ranch/meadow surroundings. It is fully equipped for self-catering with kitchen/dining area. Spacious open-space style (see photos), with large porch, a beautiful pool, hot tub, barn with hens, mini donkeys, and 2 llamas, and our two beloved Golden Retrievers. We are only 25 minutes from downtown Prescott with all its amenities, and then back home to the quiet, and amazing starry skies of Skull Valley.

Prescott Home Away From Home

Our home is centrally located on nearly an acre. You will be a 5 to 15 minute drive from all the fun activities you may want to enjoy, including downtown fun, hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, etc. and very close to the local airport and ERAU. You'll have your own entrance to your living space where you can sip your favorite beverage on the quaint patio or read by the open window in your bedroom seating area and listen to the wide variety of birds that frequent our quiet neighborhood.

Secluded Getaway -Spacious! 10 Minutes from Town

Spacious 972 sq ft over the garage guest apartment is all yours! Close to downtown Prescott headed northwest 7 miles (15 minutes) to a private gate with a keypad. The gate opens and your in the National Forest where your retreat begins! Inside is a comfy cal-king bed, full kitchen and bath, laundry, two eating areas, two sitting areas, roll top desk, pellet stove for winter and A/C in the summer. You cannot book this apartment automatically. You must communicate direct with the owner.

Prescott’s Sweet Suite

This is a separate & private suite, with free parking for 1 vehicle & a private entrance. Walking distance to Courthouse/Whiskey Row, about 1.25 miles & Prescott Resort 1 miles. 4.1 miles to Watson lake. Equipped with a full size refrigerator, induction cooktops, oven/air frier, dishwasher, microwave, dinnerware, drinkware & utensils. Also provided are kitchen, and bed & bath linens. Additional pillows, blankets, towels, pack-n-play, iron, picnic basket & more available on request

The Little Red Cabin @ Ein Gedi Farm

This cozy cabin is located five miles from Prescott in beautiful Williamson Valley. The cabin is on a two acre family farm with a large vegetable garden & chickens. You will be able to spend quiet evenings sitting on the porch swing enjoying the beautiful view of Granite Mountain. This place is perfect for guests who want to escape from the busyness of city life or the desert heat. Our guests often enjoy hiking and exploring all the natural beauty in our area.
