Enjoy a long weekend escape, quiet work trip, or pop into town for an event! Kitchenette has oven, sink, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee pot, toaster, and all the dishes, pans, utensils you will need! Pack-n-play available, linens, towels, paper products provided. Enjoy the farm experience or a quiet getaway in our cozy cottage! Designed for maximum coziness at only 192 sq ft, it's the perfect place to get away. While designed for two, we can provide an additional twin mattress. The kitchenette includes a compact fridge/freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. The queen size bed next to the fireplace is the perfect place to watch a movie or read a book, or enjoy coffee and sunsets from the rocking chairs on the wraparound porch. We hope to see you soon!

The Cottage at Old Oaks Farm

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

Teeny House (monthly discounts)

Designed for the solo traveler (no more than one person allowed), this micro space is an 8'x12' free standing teeny house with just enough room for a twin bed and a bathroom with a 36" square shower, a sink and toilet. In the hospitality world, this is called a “layover”— a comfortable, one person spot to rest your head and a clean, hot shower. Located between 2 other Airbnbs on the same property, so you will likely see other guests coming and going, but the space is completely private.

Close to Clemson, I- 85, Lake Hartwell, and Anderson. My 2023 Wildwood 28vbxl CAMPER sits in my driveway which is also home to Freedom Fences, a non profit animal rescue. This is a working farm so people are always milling around. Well behaved, housetrained animals allowed but must be crated if left alone. Great spot for Clemson football. 25 minutes to Greenville. 10 minutes from downtown Anderson. Less than 7 miles to Garrison arena. NO Smoking! If you are high maintenance, don't book!
