On the edge of Rocklands Reservoir, 4 bedroom home

On the far side of the Grampians, nestled in stringy bark bushland on the edge of Rocklands sits Yangoora. Once home to farmers, bee keepers, rose growers and tree changers, now yours to enjoy. Settle on the deck as the red necked wallabies shyly appear and native birds splash and natter in the coolness of the birdbath. Kayak the clear water, try your hand at catching a fish or wander the dirt track to explore and be captivated by the bush.

Murtoa's Lakeview Accommodation.

Centrally located home in Murtoa, across the road from Lake Marma which every bedroom has views of. Directly across the road is the Murtoa caravan park, and the local sporting club which includes a Netball court, and a football/cricket oval aswell as a playground. A perfect location to bring the family and keep the kids entertained for hours. Lake Marma also offers a boat ramp for recreational use such as water skiing or fishing.

Bush Haven Cottage @ Rocklands Retreat

Spacious loft cottage sleeping 9 people in two queen-sized beds, and 5 single beds (3 bedrooms). (Loft area contains 1 queen bed and two sinlge beds in an open space, accessed by stairs.) Fully self contained with kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet, and a back deck with views of native bushland. One of five cottages situated at Rocklands Retreat, adjacent to Rocklands Reservoir, with direct access to the lake.

Indulge & experience the spectacular mountain scenery in a truly magnificent secluded location right in the middle of town. Situated in the heart of Halls Gap on half an acre of stunning native bushland where native animals are free to roam around.
