Home from home in Surrey - Pet Friendly

My little home in Surrey, 15-min from Gatwick Airport & 40-mins to London by direct train or uber. I travel a lot, so you and are welcome to stay when I am away! Reigate is a beautiful town, close to amazing walks, historic town, and only a few minutes walk from the train station. It has all you need to relax and feel at home. Take a long hot bath, cook a meal, sleep in the comfiest bed ever (something which is very important to me). I love music, crystals & books which you’ll also find aplenty

Stroll through the fields to Otford & Shoreham villages, visit HISTORIC HOUSES & vineyards or simply stay at home & enjoy a spacious studio apartment whilst staring at the sunset with a glass of wine

The Summerhouse is a modern barn conversion located on the Flagpole Cottage estate with the main house dating back to 1650 in quaint and friendly Tandridge Village. The Summerhouse has a private entrance with magnificent views over the country side from the floor to ceiling windows, yet only 20 miles from London. Open plan living with sleeping arrangements on the mezzanine and ground floor sofa bed. WiFi (75Mb fibre) and secure parking (24/7 outdoor CCTV) is free. Private terrace on the back.

Relaxing self contained, spacious, 2.5 rooms near London (by train), next to Caterham School & North Downs plus the M23 for Gatwick Airport. Own access into 1 bedroom, shower room & lounging room with basic kitchenette; fridge, microwave & coffee/tea facility. Outdoor patio & back garden. Conveniently located, 15min walk to Caterham town centre (many good restaurants & cafés) & London train line (zone 6). By car junction 6 off the M25 & only 1/2 hour drive from Gatwick Airport. Parking on site.

Relax & unwind in this light & airy space. The Meadows is set in a secluded & sunny spot with own driveway, with views of sheep fields opposite. There are French doors from the bedroom & lounge onto the large secluded patio with table, chairs & lounger. It’s a 10 minute drive to Lingfield racecourse. Gatwick 20 mins. Oxted high street is only an 8 min drive with choice of restaurants, Cafés, boutiques, mini Waitrose, Everyman cinema, Oxted festival & mainline station to (London Bridge 28mins)

Delightful entire 1 bedroom cottage, built over 200 years ago with a spacious lounge, diner and a fully fitted kitchen and benefits from its own private patio. With picturesque views across the golf course and a wonderful hiking trail. You will find this to be a perfect spot to relax for single and couples wanting break away or even if away for work purposes. A 10 minute stroll to a nearby local village pub, a delightful cafe and restaurant, including an off license.

Our private annexe is nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac, just 3 miles from Chartwell and 4 miles from Sevenoaks. London Bridge is a convenient 30-minute train ride away. Enjoy high-speed WiFi, HDTV, and a well-equipped bathroom. Refreshments like coffee, tea as well as an assortment of snacks are provided for our guests. The High Street, local pub, and shops are within walking distance. Guests can park their car on-site for free. EV charging available at extra cost.

Annex with sunny patio, nr Oxted

2 bedroom detached Annex with secure off-road parking in the Surrey Hills AONB (area of outstanding natural beauty), yet close to the M25. 10min walk to Godstone village and its gastropubs/cafes. 15min drive to Gatwick airport. A 10min bus ride to Oxted and its restaurants, and from there a 40min train to central London. The Annex enjoys its own sunny patio, and a shared lawn and meadow (with all its wildlife!). EV charging available.

Centrally located in Sevenoaks town, on the High Street, opposite Sevenoaks School and Knole Park National Trust site. Within the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Private off-street parking and hot tub (both free of charge) and EV charging available. Pets welcome.

Self contained Annex attached to house with kitchen/living room, separate bedroom and shower room. Ample parking. 12 minutes walk to nearest rail - approx 30 mins into central London. In the pretty village of Warlingham with lots of walks, riding opportunities and Golf Courses nearby. An ideal location from which to explore the Surrey Hills. 25 mins drive to Gatwick.
