Situated in the picturesque village of Gilling East on the edge of the North York Moors national park, Fairfax View offers the perfect base to explore this beautiful corner of Yorkshire. This one bedroom cottage has en-suite shower room, well equipped kitchen and large lounge with double sofa bed (available for use by prior request). Located directly opposite the highly-acclaimed Fairfax Arms and on the edge of the Ampleforth Abbey and College campus, with a 9 hole golf course in the village.

The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. Stunning Dark Skies of the North Yorkshire National Park AONB and all within easy reach of the the gorgeous East coast towns and beaches. A few minutes drive to the beautiful market town of Helmsley and Malton, with all amenitites, cafes/restaurants. Michelin starred restaurants The Pheasant, The Star, The Black Swan and Restaurant Myse are a few minutes drive away and The Yorkshire Spa Retreat.

The Garden Room

Two renovated old buildings have been converted into a quiet, one bedroom, self contained Garden room. In the centre of Slingsby village, you are well placed to explore the beautiful surrounding areas of Yorkshire. A modern kitchen with fridge, microwave and cooker is equipped for preparing delicious meals. A wall mounted television with Netflix is available. The sleeping area hosts a double bed with wall hanging for clothes, adjacent to which is a bright shower room with heated towel rail.

Cruck Cottage is in the pretty village of Wombleton, close to the market towns of Helmsley and Kirkbymoorside, on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park. You will have off street parking and a private patio with seating area and BBQ. The 15C Plough pub (Good Food Guide listed) is just a short walk away. We are ideally located with easy access to the beautiful North York Moors National Park, James Herriot Country, Whitby and the spectacular North Yorkshire coastline.

Luxurious rural shepherds hut

Located in the stunning Howardian Hills, this is a peaceful and romantic location. A perfect all year round escape. You park your car and the hut is a 3 minute walk from our house- make sure you pack suitable footwear. We can transport your luggage to the hut. The hut has cooking facilities (oven and a hob), there is also a fire pit for barbecues and a picnic table for outdoor dining. You have exclusive use of a hot tub which is right next to the hut.

Old Forge in Wrelton, North Yorkshire.

This cottage, in the village of Wrelton near Pickering, was a 19th century blacksmith's forge and has now been renovated into a delightful living space complete with fully-equipped kitchen, large living room area, bathroom with walk-in shower and a cosy bedroom located on a mezzanine floor which is reached via a spiral staircase. The Old Forge offers a great location for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Yorkshire.
