Minutes from Lexington, Keeneland, Shaker Village, Bluegrass Airport and the Bourbon Trail 5 bedrooms, vaulted ceilings, a 3000 SF home with screened porch and a hot tub. We have a good layout for wheelchairs and a portable wheelchair ramp if needed. Fire Pit, hot tub and hiking trails available. We use solar power for our energy needs! Our pond has no fish but we can direct u to a place to fish!

Built in 2023, this barndominium sits at the end of a private drive surrounded by woods and horse farms. 2 bedrooms (queen and full w/twin trundle), a queen pull-out sofa and full futon comfortably sleep 8. Located only 4 miles from Bluegrass Parkway, there is quick access to local dining, the Bourbon Trail and Rail Explorers. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a laundry room, full kitchen / dining area, patio with grill, and a nature trail through the forest. The reviews tell it better than I do!

NEWLY remodeled home on the Bourbon Trail! This home has 2 bedrooms & 2 baths with a king size bed in one room and a queen in the other. Close proximity to several distilleries and local wineries here in the bluegrass state! You will find a peaceful atmosphere along with some horse farms on your drive to the distilleries.
