Deck exclusively for guest use. The Studio has underfloor heating, hob and microwave, no oven.

Caving and archery. those looking for the nature trails we have Tintern abbey, Forth mountain and Kennedy park it is also a fantastic location for Anglers.

"Stable Cottage"

"Stable Cottage" is an old traditional style, converted stone barn, near our historic old farmhouse. It retains many original features such as the original old natural slated roof, old beams, pine boarded floors, exposed original stone walls etc. etc.. It is very quiet and peaceful, on a small working tillage farm. Originally, it was the stable where the horses were sheltered and fed for the winter months while the wheat, feed oats etc was stored on the loft overhead.

The Estuary Bungalow

Brand new house in a quiet and safe area. 10 minute walk to the local village of Passage East which has beautiful views and access to Wexford via the Car Ferry. There is a beach for nice walks, a Cafe and Playground to relax, and a Chinese and local pub. 10 minute drive to Dunmore East, where there are restaurants, shops and lovely coves to swim at. 10 minute drive to Faithlegg House Hotel if you fancy a round of golf or a relaxing spa day. 15 minute drive to Waterford City.

Faithlegg, Country Cottage

A cozy renovated 200 year old cottage. Situated down a country lane. You will need a car. Suitable for two adults and one small to medium size dog. There is a 25 euro fee for the dog whether you stay for one day or more. Beaches, walks and Waterford city are a 10/15 min drive. The cottage is annexed to the main house. It includes a bedroom, WC with shower, kitchen and breakfast room. The breakfast room looks out onto your own private garden.

Newly renovated, it has everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay with stunning views and total privacy. Stunning beach house with direct access to an incredible secluded cove. The Boatstrand Beachhouse is our much loved home from home. It is ideal for families and friends sharing alike. We have enjoyed special Christmas gatherings and spent long summer holidays enjoying the spectacular beaches in the area including the one at the bottom of the garden!
