We are within walking distance to the University of Wyoming, Downtown Laramie, parks, restaurants, museums, Civic Center and the library. Laramie is located near great views, hiking, biking and skiing. The apartment is perfect for couples, parents visiting their UW student, athletic events, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. It is 1.5 miles from the hospital, close to both high schools, about a mile from Casper College, and less than 5 miles from the Ford Wyoming Center. It sleeps up to 4 people in 2 spacious bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and the other with a king size bed. A desk is provided in the main bedroom to get work done. There is one bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, and laundry room. NO pets or smoking allowed!

Welcome to Lewis House! This is a newly remodeled daylight basement apartment. It is fully independent and sparkling clean. It features a private entrance, a family room with a Smart TV and a completely equipped modern kitchen. One bedroom features a queen bed, the other a full sized bed. Free Wifi. It is located one block from the University of Wyoming. There is available off street parking. It is walking distance to a wonderful local coffee shop. Dogs welcome, $10/day fee for a dog.

The studio apartment is located in a cement block building that at one time was an Auto Mechanics Shop. It is one block off of Main Street. In close proximity to Catholic College, NOLS, and all downtown restaurants and bars. There is one room with one plush queen sized bed, couch (with hideaway bed), television with internet access, Wi-Fi for guest use. The kitchen is separated by a breakfast bar and bar stools. There is a walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower off of the large room.

Come enjoy a peaceful stay in this serene, centrally located Avenues hot spot. Across the street is the darling Central Cafe where you can grab a morning cup and breakfast, or make it right from the fully stocked kitchen. Tea, coffee and hot cocoa provided. Only a block away is Lions Park with a trail around Sloan’s Lake, the new pickleball courts (equipment in closet), and Cheyenne Frontier Days grounds. Whatever it is that brings you to town, we hope to make your stay comfortable!

Industrial Studio: close to UW & downtown

We are excited to share with you our renovated garage studio apartment. Once an old garage, this unique space shows off the brick exterior walls and the old heat system and all of its metal piping. Fully stocked kitchen with cookware provided. Cozy up by the gas fireplace. The bed is a queen size memory foam mattress. There is a loading zone next to it. Parking for the building is all street parking around the area. Please note that the A/C is seasonal.

The Art Loft

The art loft is one of the most beautiful spaces in Laramie. It is full of light and space. Designed as a passive solar apartment it is cool in the summer and warm and sunny in the winter. The furnishings are kept tastefully minimal to set off the feel of space but also to draw attention to the artwork. Both the hosts are Proffessional artists and have welcomed a chance to share their work and the work of others. There is never enough wall space!

My place is close to Grand Teton and Yellowstone NP, Big Horn Sheep Center, ancient petroglyphs, lakes, Wind River, hiking trails, horse rentals, museums, art gallery's, shopping and great restaurants. It’s also only thirty minutes or less to fantastic snowmobiling during the winter months! But most of all the panoramic view makes you feel like you are on top of the world. Simply beautiful!
