The building, which is known as the anchor for the Lander Art District, is an easy walk to art galleries, shops, restaurants, cafes, gyms and outdoor gear stores as well as NOLS and Wyoming Catholic College. 20 minute drive to Sinks Canyon State Park; 3-hour drive to Tetons/Yellowstone. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. It is 1.5 miles from the hospital, close to both high schools, about a mile from Casper College, and less than 5 miles from the Ford Wyoming Center. It sleeps up to 4 people in 2 spacious bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and the other with a king size bed. A desk is provided in the main bedroom to get work done. There is one bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, and laundry room. NO pets or smoking allowed!

King size Industrial Studio with patio close to UW

Once an old garage, this unique space shows off the brick exterior walls and the old heat system and all of its metal piping. Brand new kitchen, equipped with an oven, fridge and dishwasher. Fully stocked. The bed is a king size memory foam mattress on a bed frame made from old beams from a dairy barn. The exclusive patio space is just outside the front door, surrounded by a cedar fence and offers comfortable seating and BBQ. A/C is seasonal. Parking is free street parking around the area.

Downtown Studio Apartment

The studio apartment is located in a cement block building that at one time was an Auto Mechanics Shop. It is one block off of Main Street. In close proximity to Catholic College, NOLS, and all downtown restaurants and bars. There is one room with one plush queen sized bed, couch (with hideaway bed), television with internet access, Wi-Fi for guest use. The kitchen is separated by a breakfast bar and bar stools. There is a walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower off of the large room.

Pinewood Apartment

The whole group will be comfortable in this unique space. This amazing apartment has a full kitchen and washer/dryer. There are four bedrooms that will accommodate your group or family. The master bedroom has a king size bed with walk-in closet. In the other bedrooms, you can find a queen size bed, two twin beds, and finally a single twin bed. The garden level apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. Amazing fishing, rafting, hot springs, and other outdoor activites are nearby.

The Farmhouse at Shumway Farms

This charming farmhouse apartment is located in the South end of the beautiful Star Valley, Wyoming at Shumway Farms. Not only will you enjoy the newly renovated apartment with its cozy and beautiful atmosphere, but you can also enjoy the farm life when you step outside the doors. It’s also only thirty minutes or less to fantastic snowmobiling during the winter months! But most of all the panoramic view makes you feel like you are on top of the world. Simply beautiful!
