Our cozy 1,100 sq ft. home has nice "partial" ocean views. A 3 minute walk to the historic 804 walking trail~bluff and "rocky beach" for agate hunting and tide pools. Easy walk to shops and restaurants our home is sparkling clean and beautifully landscaped with a private fenced yard in a quiet & friendly neighborhood. NOTE: If you travel with a registered service animal the cleaning fee will be increased to $300 for extra time to sanitize/clean for the next guest who may be allergic to animals.

Sleeping includes a queen in a large loft and a full bed on the main level.

The kitchen is equipped with a full-size stove, refrigerator, and microwave, coffee maker and cooking dishes. Price of the property includes 12% local tax
