Large historic building (1865), unique to the Kent region. Springfield Oast has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. There's an impressive vaulted ceiling and beams. It sits independently within our home’s huge garden & has views of trees and fields. Guests have their own private courtyard and can also enjoy the peace of our garden. Cottage style Kitchenette with miniature Belfast sink and cupboards. Small double raised bed with storage and dining table underneath. Fully centrally heated for those cosy winter/autumnal days. Rose Cottage, as we call it, has been painstakingly restored to create a delightful, light and cosy space.

Weald Lodge is a separate annexe in the gardens of Wealdview Farmhouse (TN12 6SP) PLEASE NOTE, despite being in the category of farm, we are not a farm and do not have far machinery. The fields around us have grazing sheep Due to the open beams on the mezzanine level, we don't encourage infants or children

Basic Nature Wild Camping by River Beult Yalding

Wild camping and fishing by the River Beult in Yalding, Kent. You rent the whole space, just under an acre with plenty of space for upto 4 or 5 tents. A mixture of more open areas and mature oak, ash and hazel trees. Facilities are basic, but it's a joy to be in nature. There's a composting toilet, with a proper seat, but bring your own loo paper. A firepit is included, but you need to bring your own wood and water. In season you can fish in the river - good for Chub and Barbel.

It has lots of local amenities to explore and is only 15 minutes drive from Leeds castle and a 15 minute drive to the train station which will take you directly into London. The exposed oak beamed barn is situated next to a traditional oast house, perfect for romantic getaways and people who want to escape the fast pace of everyday life.

We are pleased to offer our refurbished annex with double bedroom, private bathroom, own front door and a private field for dogs. Oast Cottage is a converted stables attached to the main Oast House. The Oast is set in a conservation area of Boughton Monchelsea which consists of converted farm buildings, listed houses and a 16th Century pub (directly opposite). The area boasts many places to visit (including Leeds Castle), countryside walks, as well as numerous pubs.
