It’s just a two minute drive from the village of Bear River, or a five minute hike if you’re up to the steep hill. Sip cocktails or your morning Java on the ground floor deck. Early mornings as well as just before sundown can bring sightings of white tailed deer, pheasants and the humming birds are plenty. This retreat space is a fully and tastefully appointed modern oasis in a country setting.

This cozy, spacious garage apartment located on Beals Island, Maine sits beside our family's lobster pound. The apartment offers: comfortable sleeping spaces, full, modern kitchen, bathroom with shower, washer/dryer, internet, Roku, DVD player, access to an outside lobster trap table & benches directly beside the ocean - where you can see lobster boats coming and going - close proxmity to trails (can walk to Seaduck Point Trail from the apartment), short drive to convenience & grocery stores

Express over night studio units. Approx 450 sq ft. No electric ranges but the kitchenette provides double hot plate, convection oven, and microwave. Smaller size fridge included. 65" TV, Netflix only. Wifi is included. Sit down shower. Everything is wheel chair accessible. Walls are 11" including 6" concrete for exterior and dividing walls. Very quiet. Mattresses are $2000+ Stearns/Foster queen. The couch folds out into a second bed but isn't very comfortable. Great palce for short term stay.

Tunk Stream Lodging

Cozy apartment with private entrance. Enter the mud room into the living room with TV and kitchenette. The bedroom has a king size bed with dresser, closet, TV and vanity. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Very comfortable, cozy space. It is part of our home but very private. We're located on Tunk Stream, 1 mile from the Down East Sunrise Trail. Take a dip in our stream, hike around our area (blueberry barrens) or bring your 4 wheeler and take a run on the trail.

Winter Harbor Apartment

Older attractively decorated small one bedroom vacation rental apartment in a quiet coastal village. It might be better described as an efficiency apartment? Perfect for a party of two persons on a budget like ourselves. Repainted, refurnished after a long term tenant of 13 years moved back home to Ohio. In fact, when we had to come up with a name for the apartment, he had been for so long such a part of every ones lives we continued calling it "Fred's Place".
