Surrounded by farm land, our rural cottage will provide you with the beauty and serenity of nature. Kangaroos & farm animals will be grazing close to your house and you can walk to our business Scoops Farm for an ice cream and free entry to our animal farm during your stay. Wineries and breweries are close by, phone reception and Netflix provided.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Banksia Luxury Villa

This passive solar Villa is situated at Kilcarnup Beach which is moments from the town centre and Surfers Point. The two large bedrooms have King sized beds which look out onto their own private tropical gardens. There is also Weber BBQ facilities. Keep warm or cool with a split heating/cooling system. Want to get away from the the city or daily life then our property is a great spot to relax. Or is great base yourself if explore the region. It is perfect for couples. We are located between town & the beach, tucked away but still close to everything. Trees & wildlife are all around. We have 3 horses as well. The town centre of Margaret River is close. The cottage is situated at the bottom of our 8 acre property, which we live on. Approval no. 2098
