Enjoy this wildlife safe haven, on the salt waters of the Chesapeake Bay. Fish off our private dock w/propane firepit, while riding the tides w/ our canoe kayak or tandem . WhiteHouse Cove Marina is a 7 minutes. Yorktown Beach is 22 minutes, Buckroe Beach at 28 minutes. Both beaches have soft white clean sand. NASA 12 minutes. Riverside Hospital 20 minutes. Colonial Williamsburg & Busch Gardens are 27 minutes! Virginia Beach 47 minutes!! My son is severely allergic to dogs. ABSOLUTELY NO DOGS!!

This lovely, spacious waterfront home is located on the York River in Gloucester County Virginia. It is the perfect get away to enjoy the relaxing sounds and sights of nature. The views are spectacular! Keep an eye out for osprey and dolphins as you enjoy watching the sunrise and set over the water. There is plenty to do! You have your own PRIVATE dock (sink w/fresh water), beach area, 2 kayaks, fire pit, Charcoal BBQ, games and large grassy backyard. Perfect for riverfront fun, sunsets and making memories.
