Just 6km south from the centre of beautiful, historic York with all its major tourist attractions, and easy driving distance to Castle Howard, Fountains Abbey and National Parks. + Located next to National Cycle Routes 65/66, ideal for outdoor people.

The Stables, secluded Station House, nr Selby

The Stables, an airy modern double bedroom with en suite in a lovely converted railway station with its own entrance. Situated on the outskirts of the rural village of Drax. The house is secluded and sits within 2.5 acres surrounded by trees. You will have the benefit of a shared breakfast room with complimentary cereals, toast & pastries. There is also an outside space for you to relax in. We live on the property and between us we have 40yrs of hospitality experience. 1 of 2 rooms available

Artist’s home, Guest Suite, Tadcaster

We are NOT in the city of York, but a separate town 9 miles away, just to clarify. We moved to this characterful house in Tadcaster 5 years ago, slowly renovating with a ‘Fawlty Towers’ vibe. This room is on the first floor and is en-suite. We are happy to host families with little children on the sofabed and dogs if they’re ok with our cat? I serve breakfast from 7am -9.30am, but cooked breakfast from 7.30am. Tadcaster is halfway between Leeds & York with several wedding venues close by.

This is a lovely, very spacious loft room, with en-suite. There is a TV, desk area, WiFi, tea + coffee facilities, fridge/ microwave, along with continental breakfast. Ideally situated in a quiet village, 3 miles from Leeds Bradford Airport, and 9 miles from Leeds City Centre, Harrogate and Ilkley. A list of local restaurants etc and there is a pub in the village.We are on a major bus route and Horsforth train station is 4 miles away. We are always around if you need anything - just ask!

Following the retirement of the previous owners, it is now run as a room only Air B&B. There are 3 guest rooms available each offers an old world Victorian charm with the advantage of all mod cons. Bright, airy room in a family home in the pretty village of Skelton, 3 miles from York. You’ll have a private bathroom with both a bath and a powerful shower. It's well stocked with shampoo and shower gel. There’s a kettle, tea, coffee, mini‑fridge with proper milk, so a hot drink is always close by. There's also some small treats provided. We have three friendly, curious cats. The house is clean, but the odd hair is possible, so it may not suit those with allergies.
