The Little Green House

Brand new in June 2019, this is a modern, rustic little house on a private, quiet lot surrounded by pine and spruce trees. Beautiful walking trails are close by as are Bean North coffee shop, the Yukon Wildlife Preserve and the Takhini Hot Springs. Great view of the dark sky for northern lights viewing in winter from inside or outside on the large deck, or in the yard at the dedicated fire pit. There is also a large professional recording studio on the property.

The SpruceBird

Welcome to The SpruceBird! High up in a pine forest, this classy & woodsy suite is sure to delight. The SpruceBird is surrounded by nature, including hiking, biking, and cross-country ski trails. We recommend that our guests rent a vehicle for the duration of their stay to make the most of the incredible sights around Whitehorse. Aurora borealis (aka the Northern Lights) when active are often visible right from your front door. Come and check it out!

Little House in the forest / 28 km from Whitehorse

How would you like to stay in Paradise 28 km from town, 5 km from one of the most beautiful lake close to Whitehorse. This newly renovated 512 square feet house with mountain views, his nested on a seclude property in the Ibex valley. Many trails right from the property for walking, mountain, and snow biking, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. Fully furnished including washer and dryer, full bathroom, water, electrical and propane heat.

In the winter, ski or snowshoe out the front door. We have an amazing location to view the Northern Lights. Cyclist may be interested in the Carcross Tagish loop.
