Guest have access to the entire home. It is a remodeled singlewide mobile home on 1/2 acre. We are within 10 miles to: Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, theaters, golf courses, putt-putt, historical downtown Fernandina and the oldest saloon in Florida-The Palace Saloon. We are within 20 miles to the air port (JAX) and Jacksonville Zoo and we are within 30 miles to the Jaxport Cruise Terminal. Completely furnished and supplied with all household needs. Centrally located between I-95, shopping/restaurants and beach. Check-in is 3:00p-8:00p. No check-in after 8:00p please. When booking please notify me of the estimated time you will arrive. This is a non-smoking apartment. No pets allowed. We cannot accommodate trailers.

A newer 2021, Outback 260UML, grate for relaxing after enjoying the amenities of the surrounding area Amelia island and the beach. We appreciate your understanding but we are firm no dogs, as my wife is alergic to them and this is not fitted for them. We appreciate you understanding.
