Sastoji se od dvije spavaće sobe, tri moderne kupaonice, opremljene kuhinje te prostranog dnevnog boravka. Ima i dvije privatne terase. Gostima je na raspolaganju i ograđeno privatno dvorište s roštiljem, kao i osigurano privatno parkiralište. U sklopu objekta nalazi se i veliki zajednički bazen.
