When rented in its entirety, the Christiania Residence consists of seven separate, fully-equipped apartments, and total accommodations for forty-eight. Located in the center of town, just seconds from Matterhorn Glacier Paradise, you’ll have instant access to skiing, bars, shops, and restaurants. And, with Christiania’s “Fully Catered” package, you’ll enjoy the assistance of a private chef, daily housekeeper, a driver, ski instructor, and several more delightful perks.
Taking pride in its immaculate construction, Christiania shows off the massive exposed beams that form its peaked ceiling, the natural stone walls of the main floor, and the rustic wood paneling that covers its luxurious exterior. After checking off all the elements of a traditional ski lodge, Christiania has been adorned with state of the art electronics and appliances, custom designer furniture, and an elegant grey-scale color scheme that unifies each suite. And, of course, each apartment comes with a wood burning fireplace.
The penthouse apartment is perfect for dinner, with an incredible view of the Matterhorn and formal dining with space for twenty-six. Other spaces to share in the building are the sauna, and two hot tubs. Each apartment features Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, television, and elevator access.
From the Christiania, ski access couldn’t be easier. Collect your gear from the ground floor storage and within a few minutes walk you’ll find Matterhorn Glacier paradise, and Klein Matterhorn and Sunnega lift stations. To celebrate another exciting day on the slopes, visit one of Zermatt’s unique, Michelin-starred restaurants, After Seven. Known for its “Cinedinner,” you can enjoy an aperitif and a three-course dinner while watching a movie. For drinks, visit The Stars Bar, a Victorian-era gentleman’s club with an extensive cocktail menu. Or, if you’d prefer something less formal, Zermatt has plenty of clubs with live music and dancing.

The Security Deposit is due two weeks prior to arrival and will be refundable at the latest one month after your departure, less any costs incurred during your stay or cost of damages. The security deposit may be taken as a credit card authorisation.
