The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the popular district Gerresheim, near the Grafenberg forest and has excellent access to public transport 2 minutes walk away, taking you to a few minutes to Düsseldorf city center (Altstadt, Old Town, Harbour, Parliament). The newly built apartment of about 50 square meters consists of a living / dining area with a kitchenette, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. The living room has two comfortable leather sofas. A satellite TV, music system and wifi is available and ready to be kept free. The comfortable dining area and a small kitchen with a refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and dishes are available for self-catering (no stove). Coffee, cocoa and tea are available free of charge. The modern bathrooms are adequate before fresh towels and a hair dryer. Prices are per night and include bed linen, towels, wifi, and costs for electricity, water and heating. Note: Unfortunately, I had to increase my prices by €3.00 per night. As of January 1, 2024, the accommodation tax in Düsseldorf was introduced. Other services such as taxi service, refrigerator- service on request. The large recreation area located in the immediate vicinity of the Grafenberg forest with its wildlife park, the racecourse and the golf club and the Lake Unterbach with various sports and leisure facilities are attractive destinations. Anyone wishing to experience a journey through time to the Neanderthals can connect the city stay with this famous cultural attractions in nearby Mettmann.
