Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Sharing 4 acres with Barefoot Cabin. Newly built, it has an open plan with outdoor sitting area with a fire pit and trails. It’s located only 2 miles from the city limits, but is very private. It’s only 30-45 minutes to MSU in Starkville or the Casino and water park in Philadelphia. The cabin is located within ten minutes from Walmart, Carnells, Mexican restaurants, and Main Street where you can do small town shopping at boutiques.

Our home is a duplex, it is 2 complete houses under one roof. We live in one end, the other ( the rental) has 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath/shower, living/dining room, kitchen, laundry room, closets. Plain and simple but cozy and relaxing. Kitchen with all accessories. Bed linens,bath towels, soap etc are furnished. Front porch: swing and a glider/rocker with west view. Pavilion in yard with picnic table, rocking chairs, small grill, and a fire ring. A country spot that is peaceful, birds singing.

Renovated, 2 BR, 2.5 Bath Condo! Perfect for ballgames, save yourself the parking hassles and take the 15 minute walk to Dudy Noble, Davis Wade or the Hump! Or you can drive in 3 minutes! Each BR has a Queen bed and attached bathroom. There is a Queen size Ikea fold over couch in the living room for additional guests. We have designed and decorated like our own home and know you will feel at home here too! (Pets and smoking are not permitted). Home game weekends require a Fri and Sat stay.
