Salle de bain avec toilettes (sanibroyeur). Il s'agit d'un petit espace que nous avons essayé de rendre agréable à un prix accessible. N'hésitez pas à nous solliciter pour une arrivée anticipée ou un départ tardif. Les horaires peuvent être élargis pour faciliter et rendre plus confortable votre séjour.

Grand studio vue sur jardins et la Défense

Très lumineux et sans vis à vis, calme car au dernier étage et orienté vers les jardins et non sur rue, vous profitez d'une terrasse avec vue sur les jardins et les tours de la Défense. Possibilité de place de parking mais il faut en faire la demande. A 2 pas du centre-ville, cet appartement s’adresse à la fois aux familles, et aux voyages d’affaires. Le Tram T2 station "Les Fauvelles" est à 9mn à pied et vous permet de rejoindre la tour Eiffel en 45mn et les Champs Elysées à 30mn.

L'appartement est situé à 200 mètre du métro Gabriel Péri ligne 13 à Asnières sur Seine. Proche des commerces boulangerie et street food. 40 euro de frais de ménage à payer sur place non inclus dans le prix.
