Exactly like Le Corbusier's vision, this cabin is adapted in a scale of "Mediterranean balance", designed on the basis of the minimum possible dimensions and the maximum physical and spiritual comfort it could offer. The philosophy behind this project is to find yourself in a contemporary sanctuary, hidden from the world but close enough to all the beaches in the area, sit in the hot midday sun on the terrace in its quietness or maybe during the sunset, enjoying a glass of wine and a nice book.

Villa Elpida (Aspro) with seaview & pool

Villa Elpida is situated in a quiet, gated complex of 9 villas with two shared swimming pools. It is just 2 km from the sandy beach of Almyrida. The house is is fully furnished and equipped with all the appliances necessary for a comfortable stay. The villa can accommodate 4 people in 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Additionally, the living room has a sofa bed that offers an extra sleeping space. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for cooking

The Stone House in Aspro (South Side)

The Southern Stone House is a fully-equipped traditional cottage with a spacious innter yard, in the village of Aspro, Chania. It was built in the late 1800s and renovated in 2020 by myself and my father. Our goal was to create a space that is simple, serene and evocative of older times, yet is completely functional in the modern sense. It's located 2km away from the area's main village Almyrida, where you can find some basic stores, restaurants, as well as a couple of beautiful beaches.

Vraskos villa - free heated pool for low season

The villa enjoys a unique rural location set on a spacious private plot. A small pebble beach can be reached after a short walk through a wild stony pathway. In 2026 we are expanding the property with a new building that will allow us to host larger groups in the future. The structure is currently unfinished, and all construction work has been suspended for the season to ensure a quiet and relaxing stay for our guests. The three-storey 200 sq. m can accommodate 10 people in its 5 bedrooms, making it perfect to host up to two families travelling together.
