Das Haus liegt am Ortsrand von Bad Harzburg/ Ortsteil Westerode umgeben von Feldern und Wiesen mit Blick auf die wunderschönen Harzberge. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut, so dass man schnell mit dem Auto oder Bus- und Zugverkehr von Bad Harzburg die nahegelegenen Städte wie Goslar, Wernigerode, Quedlinburg oder Braunschweig erreichen kann. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Ort vorhanden.
