Come enjoy the peaceful setting of this property located on Barren River Lake. This cabin offers lots of patio and porch space to sit and listen to the boats buzz by. The cabin has 2 downstairs bedrooms one with a king bed and the other a queen. Upstairs in the loft is a full and two twin beds. The cabin is equipped with high speed WiFi, fire TV downstairs and a TV in the loft for gaming. The cabin offers All Natural USDA Beef for guest to purchase and have during stay. Simply Sailing-A Cottage In The Trees

Simply Sailing is a quaint one bedroom, one bath cottage that sleeps four, located at Barren River Lake. The home has everything you need for your stay. Basic cooking utensils, a charcoal grill, TV with DVD player with movies and board games are there for the perfect family vacation. We have recently added a smart TV to the bedroom. We do welcome "small" family pets ($75 non-refundable fee) "Free Wi-Fi" We also have a cabin next door that sleeps 4 for larger groups called, Fishy Business.

Located just off of I65 outside the historical little town of Franklin, KY. We are located between Nashville (45min), Bowling Green (35min) and Mammoth Cave (55 min).

The Mattingly farm is home to Kenny's Cheese - farmstead cheese made right here onsite. This beautiful cottage was built in 2020 with the goal of creating a "cabin getaway" from the fast pace of life. The view off the large screened in porch is considered one of the best on Barren River Lake! This home offers three spacious bedrooms and two large baths. It has beautiful white pine walls and ceilings, hardwood floors, granite kitchen counters, and a gas fireplace. There are many large windows for great views of the lake.
