This space has everything you need full kitchen, washer&dryer, queen size bed and fold out couch , plus a Play and Pack for the Littles. Enjoy a peaceful retreat in a comfortable and inviting suite in our mountaintop home in wine country. The basement suite is attached to our garage that you walk through to access. It's an open studio and has a relaxed feel with super soft bedding on a king sized memory foam mattress. The suite is surrounded by trees and has large windows to provide a woodsy feel near the city. Nike and Intel are close by and Cooper Mountain Vineyards is also 2 miles away. 30-40min drive to downtown Portland.

The apartment is clean and cozy with a private entrance located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartment shares a common wall with the main house with doors that separate the space and remained locked. It offers a stocked kitchen, cable tv, dvd player and wifi with a comfortable seating area for reading by the fireplace or watching tv. The bathroom is spacious with an extra large shower. The bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and dresser. Driveway and street parking available.

Park Cottage

This charming guesthouse is tucked away in a park-like setting near the entrance to the Willamette Valley Wine Country. This very spacious studio offers a warm and cozy space with king size bed and a comfy day bed with a pull out trundle. Also a very roomy living room area with tv for streaming ( Roku/Netflix installed ) and fire place. Enjoy light meals or snacks in the kitchenette with a full fridge , microwave,toaster, coffee maker and all kitchen utensils. Beautiful outside surroundings.
