Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee on the patio or watching the sunset in the evening, the view is bound to bring you peace and relaxation. You are walking distance to the beach, Birch Bay State Park and restaurants/bars with live music. A short drive will bring you pristine golf courses, an amusement park and more peace/tranquility.

Cottage at Sundara West-Heated Pool open all year

Enjoy a view of Mt Baker in the quiet, beautiful countryside. There are 3 bdrms, kitchen, dining & living areas, covered porch with gas grill , fire pit, & private hot tub. Country sounds abound —coyotes, cows and roosters (right next door). The pool & another hot tub are about 150' away & ALSO AVAILABLE TO OTHER GUESTS ON THE PROPERTY. Reserve the times you want. $25 per day per pet fee. NO ADULT PARTIES AND NO MORE THAN 7 GUESTS at any time during the stay without a charge of $15 per guest.

Annie’s Condo

Relax in comfort with two spacious king beds and a well-equipped coffee bar at Annie’s Condo as you enjoy the peace and scenery of beautiful Birch Bay. NEW 65 inch flat screen TV in the loft with Youtube TV and Roku. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs. Close to Seattle and Vancouver, there are day trips in each direction. We have lots of lawn games such as badminton,  horseshoes, and volleyball.  Feel free to feed the ducks!
