Private Studio Room with small elementary kitchen, bathroom, and bed for 2 people. Parking, separate entrance, air-conditioned... nothing fancy, just elementary stuff for a sleepover or short stays. The entrance is from the inner courtyard, there is also a table and 2 chairs outside for taking the fresh air covered with Kiwi pergola, and this patio is shared with owners for the passing trough. We do not disturb you. Parking is free. Note: it is close to the road, so there might be traffic noise

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Der Gemeinschafts- Salzwasser-Pool und Gemeinschafts-Grill laden zum entspannten verweilen ein. In der weitläufigen Anlage könnt Ihr auf schönen Loungemöbel den malerischen Sonnenuntergang genießen. Das Meer mit einsamen Buchten ist in 6 km Entfernung. Ab 10 km Entfernung sind diverse Strände mit Freizeitmöglichkeiten.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Towns of Pula and Labin are only 30 minutes away, Rovinj and Porec on the west coast about 60 minutes drive.

Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
