Guests do not have access to common spaces inside, so under Airbnb's new rules, it is not defined as a private space. This is a private queen bedroom & 3/4 bathroom. You will also have exclusive use of an outdoor area with a patio table, chairs, propane barbecue & fire pit. Check-in time is 5 p.m. Check-out time is noon.
