The River House, Vintage Cape Cod on the Columbia.

Come hang out at the River House.   The property has a  private feel and is on the Great Columbia River.  In Back of home is the Warrenton river walk . PET free- due to the co-occupant has pet allergies or other health issues exacerbated by pets. Recently Renovated The Audubon Cottage is the perfect waterfront haven for people and wildlife. Downstairs you'll enjoy the exterior deck with 2-person outdoor soaking tub. The cottage comes equipped with a small refrigerator, smart oven, double induction cooktop, chemex, coffee pot and grinder, as well as tea service. The Heron Hangout is a newly renovated home with an astonishing view of the Willapa Bay. The 2466 sq. ft. house sits on 4 plus acres, secluded from neighbors for a peaceful getaway. The Willapa Bay has an abundance of wildlife; it is common to see Blue Heron, ducks, geese, eagles and deer. Boats and dredges used in the oyster and steamer clam industry go past as the tide goes in and out. Venturing out and exploring all that the Long Beach Peninsula has to offer is just a short drive away.
