Located on 5 acres in the San Pedro National Riparian Area, take in the sights of the Sonoran Desert or the restaurants and shops of Bisbee, Sierra Vista, & Tombstone. A quick 15 minute drive gets you right into SV. We are a 5 minute walk to Riparian Area Trailheads and a short drive from the Huachuca Mountains. This is a very spacious 2 bedroom living area. I added it’s own private entrance. There is no access to any other part of the house. I have modified one bedroom to include a mini kitchen, it does NOT have a stove. I provide a hot plate, small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender & coffee maker, as well as basic dinning needs, plates, utensils & cups. Very quiet paved street & mountain view. PLEASE NOTE HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING to ensure that this would be a great fit for both parties
