You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

The fenced backyard is an oasis with a gas grill, firepit, benches, and table. We welcome pets as well! Garage is great for bikers and conveniently just down the road from the Greenway bike path.

XNA airport and Osage house are under 7 miles and downtown Bentonville under 8. We live on the same property in a separate house, that is not facing the Barndominium.

Our space is unique with its vintage flair and new, cozy comforts. We're close to all of the newly-developed areas in Rogers, and our charming downtown isn't far.
