"Our Place"

"Our Place" is a cozy trailer house that sits on a working peach orchard. It was remodeled in 2021. We are located near the base of Mount Garfield and are 5 minutes from I-70 access and downtown Palisade. You are a short drive or bike ride from several local wineries, restaurants, the Palisade Brewery, and more. Shuttles to The Palisade Plunge are minutes away. We have a large, covered patio where you can relax, bbq on the gas grill, or enjoy coffee in the morning. Excellent wifi inside and out.

Peaceful and airy, our centrally located cabin feels remote, but is just minutes from downtown Grand Junction amenities. Biker/Hiker Dream Location: 5 min drive to Lunch Loops mountain biking and hiking trails, 2 min bike ride from the driveway onto Little Park Rd, 13 minute drive to Bang's Canyon Trailhead. 5 min drive to yoga studio, groceries, and coffee. Cleanliness is our #1 priority! Bright and intentionally furnished with decor by local artists, our heart has gone into every detail.

Enjoy fishing, biking, hiking, and unique shops downtown. One minute walk to Columbine park. Fully stocked kitchen with keriug maker with coffee pods, cold brew coffee maker, tea and bottled water. Private back yard with fruit trees and lots of seating outdoors. Portable crib for rent. Long term renters welcome.

Please note this home is kept comfortably cool with an evaporative cooler, not AC.

Enjoy peace and quiet while picking a peach in the orchard or grapes in the vineyard. We are conveniently located 2 miles from downtown Palisade and 13 miles from downtown Grand Junction. From skiing, to mountain biking, to rafting, to hiking, and road biking there are outdoor activities nearby for all levels.

Welcome to Happy Tails animal sanctuary we are a nonprofit animal rescue in palisade wine country. 10 acre animal sanctuary w alpaca, goats, pigs, dogs, chickens peacocks even a emu that all free range. Fish, kayak, paddleboard, canoe on our 2 acre fully stocked fishing lake. Float the Colorado river from Riverbend park in Palisade to our private beach. The views of the Colorado river, Grand Mesa & mount Garfield are breathtaking the animals are all friendly and love people

Barn house stay near Palisade, hot tub and views!

Come enjoy country views just 4.1 miles from downtown Palisade. This adorable mother in law "barn" is located right behind our main living house. We are conveniently located right next to the Palisade fruit and wine byway. You'll enjoy gorgeous views of Mt. Garfield looming to the north and the Grand Mesa to the east. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub after a long day of adventure. This is country living at its best! We live next door, but this ADU is all yours.

Redlands Tiny Home

A newly renovated tiny home in beautiful Redlands CO. Min away from Tabeguache trail head, the entrance to the National Monument, Handlebar restaurant, and downtown Grand Junction. One bedroom with a full size bed, one bathroom with shower, and small kitchenette with hot plate. We allow dogs for a fee but limit them to 1 per visit. We do not allow any other animals. Please disclose if you plan on bringing an animal

Mini Memories

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. After a long day in the outdoors enjoy a nice warm bath with bath salts (provided) then slip into the plush robe to have a nice cup of tea. Cook a nice meal with the fully stocked kitchen. Coffee, tea, creamers, sugar, spices, bottled water, and laundry soap all provided. Close to hiking, downtown, biking, CMU, and the hospital. Allergy friendly.

Our entirely remodeled, modern apartment is within walking distance to charming downtown GJ which offers great dining and cute shops.
