Cumberland mountain biking, Downtown Comox, walking trails, beaches and many amenities. New space with off street parking. Extremely safe and quiet neighbourhood. Suited best for two people but offers a Haida bed for 2 additional guests.

Comfortable queen size bed with a view of the yard and garden. Private carport parking and private entrance both located in the covered carport. No access to kitchen/main house/property. No pets.

Heather Cottage - Beautiful Wetland Views

Charming small cottage situated on the edge of wetlands with beautiful views. Private gazebo with covered firepit and a dock over looking the large pond. Located on our 5 acre free range egg farm in Merville, BC. The pond is home to a family of beavers, bald eagles, blue heron and various birds. Private walking trail off the cottage and access to the One Spot Trail at the end of our private drive. We are 20 mins from downtown Courtenay and 10 mins to the Mount Washington turn off.

Not suitable for children under 12, or anyone with limited mobility.
