Raspberry Cottage is a quaint cottage. It has a large yard and places to walk your pets. Inviting front porch with rocking chair. The inside is decorated in farmhouse style. With repurposed creations here and there. This little house will give you a unique experience! Desk . Free WiFi. TV and VHS tapes. Dinning-room, seat four. Lovely kitchen. Bathroom with a laundry room off from it. Back porch and a small room off the porch with dog beds, feeder and water. Driveway with ample parking.

The Restful Retreat

This beautiful ranch style brick home sits on 24 acres of mostly wooded property. From the front porch you have a wonderful view of Hinch Mountain. There are 3 beds and 2 baths with a large open kitchen and dining room. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer and additional playroom and mud room. There is an additional outdoor space converted from an old barn into a hangout space with a porch swing, dining table, string lights, grill, and extra seating. A fantastic place to relax!

The Cottage is perfect for remote work (high speed WI-FI/VPN/ethernet) and is a great value with features like a king bed in a cozy bedroom with blackout - perfect for sleeping . The full kitchen is great for cooking with fresh coffee. Adventures galore!

Plan your next retreat or getaway just 10 miles from Fall Creek Falls State Park. This renovated cabin is situated on 8 acres of farmland, surrounded by several thousand acres of state-owned woodland forest. This cabin has 2 bedrooms, with the main floor bedroom housing a comfortable king-size bed. The bunkhouse loft upstairs can sleep up to 9, however would sleep 3-5 very comfortably. This property would be perfect for family reunions, girls' retreats, and mens' hunting trips.

From here you can explore Southeast Tennessee or you can sit on the front porch in the morning with your cup of Joe and look out over the lake and watch the sunrise. In the afternoon, relax on the back porch and let nature lull you into a peaceful, relaxed state of mind. Pet fee $30 max 2 dogs.

Our centrally-located tiny home is just 2.5 miles south of I-40 & a few miles from restaurant row & TTU. Burgess Falls state park & Window Cliffs State Natural Area 5 miles away. Cummins Falls 11 miles. Cookeville Boat Dock Marina on Center Hill Lake 9.5 miles (kayak/canoe to Fancher Falls from the marina). Our family of 4, along with numerous cats and 3 dogs, lives here on 3 acres, so there’s plenty of grass for your pet(s). Quiet, relaxing atmosphere to rest.

Elevated eco cabin overlooking a beautiful stream.

An elevated camping cabin that sits on a cliff edge with commanding views of beautiful Byrd Creek. The platform is approximately 450 square feet with power, mini fridge and Bluetooth speaker. It does not have a kitchen or bathroom. There is a large common area with a bathhouse and outdoor kitchen less than a minute walk away. The cabin does not have air conditioning, but several large ceiling fans and insulation keeps the cabin comfortable in summer.

We are located just 15 minutes from the charming small town of Cookeville, TN. We are also near beautiful natural attractions, such as waterfalls and lakes. Cookeville is centrally located between Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga.
