The beach is award winning and has lifeguards throughout the summer. The surf and sea attracts a great crowd of surfers and families alike. There is a very laid back vibe and you can’t help but relax and everything you need is in walking distance. Sanderling is a very well equipped and fully refurbished.

Stay at North Hole Farm Holidays in one of two adults only shepherds huts on our farm. Clare Cottage is set in the heart of the peaceful Devon village Georgeham near to a trickling stream. With its pretty white washed exterior and walled cottage garden the house sits to the side of the historic 13th century St George Church. Putsborough beach a 2 mile stretch of sand is a 1.4 mile drive down a country lane or a 25 minute walk across fields. Croyde village is 1.6 miles drive The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving fine pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

You can also enjoy your own enclosed terrace with hot tub and you'll have unrestricted views of Woolacombe Beach, which is just a 30 second walk from Parade House.

The River Barn is a stylish open planned annex set in a peaceful location of Braunton. The annex is located right next to our home and provides a unique private space offering bed and DIY breakfast facilities for staying guests. Backing on to the River Caen and overlooking the beautiful 13th Century Parish Church, the Barn is just a short 5 minute walk away from Braunton's Village centre and North Devon's 4 best surfing beaches are all within a short drive away (3-7 miles).

Longleigh has 6 large en-suite bedrooms, a large open plan kitchen, spacious sitting room, a penthouse lounge with a further double bed, a ‘wet’ room/utility room, spacious patio, enclosed garden and a large roof deck which wraps around the whole house.

We hope that you maybe able to park your car on arrival and not need to use it again during your stay. Access up the lane next to the house to wonderful panoramic walks and views of Baggy Point. We hope its a perfect place to rest those sandy feet and unwind after a full day of sea air.

Tucked into the Baggy's property just steps from Croyde Beach, Baggy's — The Studio is a stylish, cosy retreat with its own exclusive hideaway in the form of the Summer House. Perfect for couples or small families wanting a relaxed base for exploring one of North Devon's most beautiful coastlines. Well-behaved small and medium sized dogs are very welcome. Travelling as a larger group? Baggy's — The Lodge can also be booked alongside.
