The home sits down a semi-private driveway that is only shared with other properties within the Estate (5 other homes on property.) Guests have access to explore the full 5 acre property including a pathway leading down to the waterfront with access to boating equipment. Central location for hoping on the ferry to Downtown Seattle, exploring the Hood Canal, Olympic Mountains, & more!

A relaxing 20-minute ferry trip from West Seattle or Water Taxi from downtown Seattle brings you to your own private cozy, Studio cottage with sweeping views of the Sound. Watch the ferries go by, relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Olympic mountains, kayaking, a forest hiking trail with sea and Mount Rainier views, beach walks, and downtown Vashon (less than 10 mins away!). One exterior security camera, which monitors the driveway is present.
