This 1000sq ft cabin in the country with a very rural setting. It is quiet and relaxing, has a wood stove and is close to outdoor activities. Penitent Canyon, La Garita, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, 4wheeling, ATV trails, snowmobiling, skiing (Wolf Creek is 50 min drive). It has a canal running by in the summer. You will also have access to the detached garage to safely store your gear out of the elements.

Riverside Ranch House

This beautiful home is located in the outskirts of the small town of Del Norte, CO. The house itself sits on a small river side ranch mainly used for grazing cattle. With roughly 70 acres of wide open fields, and nearly a 1/4 mile of river front property, the views do not disappoint. The Riverside Ranch House is located not far from local mountain biking/ hiking and OHV trails for any one with recreational interests.

Cabin is neighboring a hiking and mountain biking trail and in walking distance to shops, a microbrewery and restaurants, 40 minute drive to Wolf Creek ski area, numerous mountain trails and roads, fishing near by on the Rio Grande and mountain lakes.
