Departamento con acabados modernos, tiene algunos de detalles de humedad. Ya que esta sobre la avenida hay algo de ruido de autos y cuando entran y salen personas del edificio. No cuenta con estacionamiento, ni estufa. Es otro punto importante que la mayoría de los huéspedes preguntan. Cerca del departamento hay un Superama, Soriana, Oxxo, restaurantes, tiendas, farmacias, tintorerías, gimnasio, clínica-hospital, metro a 5 cuadras ,metro bus y trasporte público. Esta como se ve en las fotos.

Departamento de 47 metros cuadrados con espacios muy bien aprovechados, confortable para un buen descanso o poder trabajar en un lugar silencioso.
