A place to unwind while sitting on the big covered deck or exploring the countryside. We are close to Nature Parks and beaches and 25 min to Mt Washington. The Lund Harbour House is a spacious (815 sq. feet inside + 570 sq. feet of decks) custom, hand crafted suite situated on the waterfront in the Lund harbour. Private & peaceful, yet only meters to restaurants, shops, art galleries, and tour operators along a private boardwalk. It is suitable for up to 4 guests with a well stocked kitchen & fireplace. An adjacent beach area is perfect for kayak launching (yours or rent ours!) and those decks offer Lund's best place for viewing amazing sunsets.

The Fat Cat Inn

In a quiet neighborhood, a lovely, private, air-conditioned, vaulted-ceiling cabin with glass front overlooking Baynes Sound and the mountains of Vancouver Island. Self-contained with a private entrance. Queen-size bed in loft, single bed on main floor. Private bathroom with shower. Private access to beach. Close to ferry, a short walk to the local village. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with mobility issues or small children. WE DO NOT CHARGE CLEANING FEES.

Shoal Bay sits on a remote island, completely off grid. Here we generate our own electrical power through a system of solars panels and micro-hydro. Just one of three boutique styled cottages at Shoal Bay, The RAVEN COTTAGE sits on the hillside overlooking the water. There are 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen and a cozy woodstove. Kitchen with undercounter fridge and 4 burner gas stove/oven. A shower in the bathroom. Covered deck with a bbq all overlooking the ocean and the coastal mountains

This remote property is fronting a quiet ocean inlet. Located 3 km back in the forest, it is an oasis of tranquility. Enjoy tidal flats filled with oysters, bird life, and clear water. The cottage is located at the edge of a garden clearing. Great kayak launch with access to Desolation Sound. 3 km access road, which is a bit bumpy in some places. Bring your groceries, a flashlight, and solid shoes. The fridge is 3/4 size. We have the best drinking water ever here! No smokers, please.

If you've stayed here before you will not recognize it. The space is suitable for 6 adults/children or 4 adults and 3 children.

We have updated The Hideout and look forward to welcoming the world back at the end of summer 2025!! The Hideout grew from a vision we had when we moved to the Coast in 2020. With the desire to share our dream of living amongst the trees, tucked away from the world, The Hideout was created. Wrapped in hand milled cedar, fir and hemlock this space was designed to remind us to slow down, breathe deep and take it all in.
