Whispering Oak in the heart of Midtown

Built in 1908 and well preserved and loved over the decades. The front garden once featured a massive 200 year old Oak tree from which we named the property. This house sits on a private gated drive along with our 10 other farmhouses, all on our 500 acre working farm. Each unique in their own way, all 11 are devoted guest houses and listed on Airbnb. . We are exactly 6.5 miles from downtpwn Memphis with no traffic lights in the way. I’ve timed it at 7 minutes.
